Crunchies Freeze-dried Fruit Snack On Sale
Crunchies are something I love taking with me on my backpacking trips because you are getting a lot of food for the weight. They're even great for a day hike or a road trip or afternoon snack - good flavor, all of the nutrients meticulously preserved and no added sugars, chemicals, preservatives, etc - what you see is what you get. Because of the quality of their product, and because I am familiar with just how much fruit you have to start with just to get 1.5 oz of dried product, I think the price is worth it. Some people simply prefer to have sugar added to... well, probably everything. Not me. I enjoy eating the cinnamon apple slices as they are. They also go particularly well with oatmeal.
