What a deceiving little cracker. I bought them only because I'm constantly looking for food to help me with hypoglycemia, but wow, love the zest! I used to do tuna on crackers for lunch, but now I put my tuna on these crisps and it's awesome. I also top them with cheese, sausage, etc. Then I discovered the secret of crumbling them up and using them as croutons (I follow this company now on twitter and they posted a picture of a salad). I keep these and the Cinnamon Crisps (great in yogurt) in my desk drawer. I used to hit my lows most often in the late afternoon when I'm racing to get dinner going, but haven't experienced lows since I started eating crisps with my lunch. So glad I found them.
